     Greentree Food Management, Inc. started as a small, one unit in house corporate dining services company in 1989. We have grown to become one of the regions most comprehensive food management company employing a staff of 50 professionals serving the needs of the areas corporate, and social communities.   • A Chairman's Dinner for 100 clients in a Downtown High Rise Office 
  • A new facility Open House with Carnival Theme for 1000 guests
  • An Employee and Client Black Tie Christmas Open House for 500 guests
  • A Tenant Appreciation Summer BBQ for 3000 guests including Caricature Artists, Live Music, Putting Greens and a Rock Climb Activity
  • Corporate Clients United Fund Kick Off Drive Luncheon for 500 guests with a Hawaiian Theme with live authentic music.

Below you will find a sample of our Corporate Black Tie Catering Menu. We can suggest a menu and theme to any event and budget! Most menus require a 100-guest minimum.

Formal Black Tie Affairs

     Parties requiring a Formal setting such as Black Tie French Service can be designed and priced utilizing butler pass, buffet setup, and/or sit down table service.  All items listed below can be presented in each of the different party setups or a combination of the three.  All Staff Members attending the party will be outfitted appropriately to fit the desired atmosphere.

* Carving Station Selections:  Roasted Turkey, Roast Beef,
Rack of Lamb, Boned Leg of Lamb, Baked Ham, Prime Rib, Beef Tenderloin, & Roast Pork Loin each selection includes appropriate assorted condiments and dinner rolls.

* Pasta Station Selections:  Cheese Tortellini, Meat Tortellini, Penne, Ziti, Spaghetti, Rotini, Bow Tie, Linguini & Rigatoni.  Each Pasta Selection can be prepared using as many as one or three sauces (Marinara, Bolonaise, Alfredo, Garlic & Oil, Carbonara, Creamy Vodka, Roasted Pepper Colii, & Vegetable Marinara.)

* Stir-Fry Station: Chicken & Broccoli, Beef & Broccoli, Shrimp with Lobster sauce, Pepper Steak, Vegetable Lo Mein, Moo Shu Pork, Roasted Pork with Vegetables, Sesame Chicken or Shrimp & Szechuan Style Chricken or Shrimp each selection includes appropriate condiments, and Crispy Noodles with Duck Sauce.
