Management, Inc. started as a small, one unit in house
corporate dining services company in 1989. We have grown to
become one of the regions most comprehensive food management
company employing a staff of 50 professionals serving the
needs of the areas corporate, and social communities. When

Below you will find a sample of our Corporate Black Tie
Catering Menu. We can suggest a menu and theme to any event
and budget! Most menus require a 100-guest minimum.

Parties requiring a Formal setting such as Black Tie French
Service can be designed and priced utilizing butler pass,
buffet setup, and/or sit down table service. All items
listed below can be presented in each of the different party
setups or a combination of the three. All Staff
Members attending the party will be outfitted appropriately
to fit the desired atmosphere.

Pasta Selection can be prepared using as many as one or
three sauces (Marinara, Bolonaise, Alfredo, Garlic &
Oil, Carbonara, Creamy Vodka, Roasted Pepper Colii,
& Vegetable Marinara.)
* Stir-Fry Station: Chicken &
Broccoli, Beef & Broccoli, Shrimp with Lobster
sauce, Pepper Steak, Vegetable Lo Mein, Moo Shu Pork,
Roasted Pork with Vegetables, Sesame Chicken or Shrimp
